We start with your end goal in mind. What do you wish to achieve?  We then go straight to work with a complimentary strategy session, including a movement assessment, to understand exactly how your body moves and operates.  This gives us the outline to not just get you started TODAY, but to keep you on track to achieve your goal in the end.  We build a custom program designed to progressively improve your strength, mobility, flexibility, and cardiovascular health in a safe and effective manner.  You will meet with a coach weekly to guide you on every movement, every exercise, and every step of your fitness journey.

Meet Your Queens Personal Trainer

My name is Justin Yuen and I am a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach based in Queens, NY, with specializations in weight loss and corrective exercise.
