To help maintain progress on your training and fitness plan, try these Summer bodyweight style workouts that you can do anywhere. You can exercise from the beach to the cruise deck to wherever your vacation plans may take you! I’ve ranked them from Level 1 to Level 3 depending on fitness skill level. Perform 3-5 rounds for a quick 15 minute workout. Combine two of them for a nice 30 minute Summer Shake-up!
